WE MANUALLY HAVE TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION PLEASE DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE REQUESTS. IT MAY TAKE US A FEW HOURS TO GET TO IT.

IF YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 DAYS IT WILL BE APPLIED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.

     Golden Municipal Campground Cancellation Policy

Evacuation Alert Policy (LOCAL WILDFIRE POLICY)

In the event that the Golden Municipal Campground is placed under an Evacuation Alert, you will be fully refunded for your site minus a minimal 4.9% property charge to cover the cost of credit card fees and software fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation or Changes: You must cancel or make changes at least 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid losing the remainder of your payment.

• No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive on your arrival date without informing the office of changes to your arrival, your site will be released.

Cancellation Fees

• For stays of one night: $20 fee to cancel.

• For stays of more than one night: One night site fee (based on the rate of the site you booked).

Early Departures

• There are no refunds for early departures.

Agreement to Terms

By booking, you agree to these terms. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance that reimburses you for changes and cancellations, as our cancellation policy is non-negotiable.

Exceptions

There are no exceptions for cancellations or changes due to:

• Breakdowns

• Weather

• COVID-19 or any illness or injury

• Forest fires

• Road closures

If the Golden Municipal Campground is mandated by the province or municipality to cancel your reservation, you will be reimbursed. You must agree to this policy prior to booking.

CHANGES OF RESERVATION

We will make one date change for free, if you make additional changes you will be charged a processing fee of $10, all changes are subject to availability. Must be made for dates in the season and year.
