Our Policies are to help make your stay with us as pleasant, safe and memorable as possible. Please familiarize yourself with these policies and ensure your party traveling with you is informed. NOT FOLLOWING POLICIES MAY RESULT IN EVICTION AND FORFEIT ANY FUTURE VISITS.
We are a family oriented campground so if you have to ask "when does quiet time start ?" Perhaps we are not the campground for you.
The Golden Municipal Campground does not assume responsibility for vehicles or belongings brought onto the Campground. All food must be stored in your vehicle. No trees shall be limbed or cut anywhere on the property.
8:30am to 10:00 pm in the Peak Season and is subject to change in Shoulder and Off Season

As we like to keep roadways clear in case of emergency we ask that you only have one vehicle at each site exceptions for motorhomes pulling a car. We do have free parking across from our campground office
Quiet Time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. All music to be kept at reasonable levels at all times and turned off at 10:00pm. Campers with complaints about noise levels should contact office and after 10 pm should inform RCMP at 250-344-2221 or 911 for emergencies.
use is only permitted between the hours of 9am – 11am, and from 6pm – 8pm. Generators must be placed on designated campsite pads, and not in surrounding vegetation. Generator use is not permitted in walk‐in campsites. Only generators that are rated as quiet are allowed to be used.
Allowed in designated fire pit area's (do not move the rims) Fire wood is available from office. Do not burn or leave garbage in pits. Never leave fires unattended and please extinguish fires with water. IN CASE OF PROVINCIAL FIRE BAN DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HAVE A FIRE AS YOU WILL FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES. We do not allow you to burn pallets or anything with glue paint or nails. Only Firewood is permitted
RECYCLING AND GARBAGE
Dumpsters are located on the grounds. We would ask you to leave your site as you found it and deposit all garbage in dumpsters. There is a recycling bin near the wash house.(s) Smokers: Cigarette butts are regarded as garbage Please donï't throw them on the ground or fire pit, ash cans are available at office
Smoking is allowed in the great outdoors, but not in any buildings on campground. To avoid possible fires, please extinguish in a proper container and not on ground. Ash cans are available at office
Moderate Drinking is allowed within your own Campsite.Public Intoxication will not be tolerated we are a family campground.
LOST AND FOUND
Please return all found items to office.
They are welcome in the park providing they are on leashes at all times and cleaned up after. Please do not leave your pets unattended.
Each site is provided a picnic table. If you combine tables it is your responsibility to move the picnic tables back.
Must register at office and must vacate campground by 10 pm (they must park in parking across from campground)
Speed Limit is 15 KM WATCH FOR CHILDREN!!!
Please use outdoor sink at wash house to wash dishes, or sink in Laundry room at Amenity hub
As a courtesy for our guests messages will be posted at our office. In urgent situations, messages will be delivered to your site.
ALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE CHARGED A DEPOSIT EQUAL TO YOUR FIRST NIGHTS STAY ACCORDING TO THE RATE OF YOUR SITE. A CANCELLATION/PROCESSING FEE OF $10 WILL BE DEDUCTED TO ANY CANCELLATIONS THE REMAINDER WILL BE CREDITED AS LONG AS YOU CANCEL WITHIN 3 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVED DATE..
